About I-REN

Your local champion for equitable access
to energy resources.

The Inland Regional Energy Network (I-REN) is a partnership between the Coachella Valley Association of Governments,
San Bernardino Council of Governments, and Western Riverside Council of Governments. Together, we are committed to saving energy and increasing equity for residents, businesses, and local governments throughout the region.

Our workforce development initiatives, like the Empire Inland Energy
Career Explorer, help connect residents to training and career opportunities that support local livelihoods and the region’s
growing clean energy economy.
