Water & Wastewater Technician

Monitor and control water and wastewater treatment processes, including adjusting equipment to ensure purification, disposal, and compliance. Collect, test, and analyze water and sewage samples, adding appropriate chemicals to disinfect and maintain quality standards. Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, tanks, and safety infrastructure to ensure proper operation and regulatory compliance. Record and manage operational data, including meter readings, maintenance logs, discharge reports, and personnel information. Supervise and coordinate plant staff for daily operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
